The Fund is registered as a mutual fund with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA”) under the Cayman Islands Mutual Funds Act. Registration with CIMA does not constitute an obligation of CIMA to any investor as to the performance or creditworthiness of the Fund. The Fund will not be subject to supervision in respect to its investment activities or the constitution of the Fund’s portfolio by CIMA or any other governmental authority. Neither CIMA nor any other governmental authority in the Cayman Islands has passed upon or approved the contents of this website or the Fund’s memorandum, or assessed the merits of an investment in the Fund.

CIBL is a licensed Digital Assets Business with the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Registration Number: 54786). Under its license, CIBL is permitted to (i) issue, sell, or redeem virtual coins, tokens, or any other form of digital asset; (ii) operate as a payment service provider business utilizing digital assets which includes the provision of services for the transfer of funds; and (iii) operating as a digital assets service vendor.
